5-pack of 4x4 Classes

This is a high-intensity, total-body, 55-min small-group personal training class designed to change the way you think about group fitness. Our workouts feature a steady dose of free weights, kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes, and advanced bodyweight movements. Class sizes are kept small with a maximum of five people per class. This semi-private approach to training will deliver the personalized attention, structure, detail, and results often reserved for only private training sessions. This class is intended for both intermediate and advanced fitness levels. Beginners are encouraged to start with at least one private training session or consultation beforehand.

ALL sessions, classes, and online memberships are paid for in advance. ALL booked sessions/classes must be cancelled at least 12 hrs in advance to avoid being charged for that session/class.
